1. Agreement and operator
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Corvale Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company that owns and operates the Your Coverage Coach brand (“YCC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our websites, newsletters, paid membership, community, content, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase a membership. You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity under your account. Membership access is personal and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or used to provide unauthorized access to others.
3. What we provide
YCC provides professional-development education for sales and insurance professionals. Offerings may include private community access, onboarding, intelligence briefings, practical frameworks, educational resources, discussions, and periodic training. Specific features may evolve as the Services improve. Any material limitation applicable to a purchase will be disclosed on the sales or checkout page.
After a successful purchase, we send confirmation and account-access instructions to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive access instructions, contact info@yourcoveragecoach.com.
4. Billing, automatic renewal, cancellation, and refunds
Prices and payment
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise shown. You authorize our payment providers to charge the payment method submitted at checkout, including applicable taxes. Current membership options are displayed before purchase.
Automatic renewal
Monthly and annual memberships automatically renew at the interval selected during checkout until canceled. By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize recurring charges at the then-current disclosed price unless you cancel before the next renewal date. We will provide notice of a material price change before it applies to a future renewal.
Cancellation policy
You may cancel at any time using any account or billing-management option we make available or by emailing info@yourcoveragecoach.com. To prevent the next charge, submit the cancellation request before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals and becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period. You will ordinarily retain access through that date.
Refund policy
A first-time member may request a refund of the initial membership payment within seven calendar days after purchase. Renewal payments and requests made after seven days are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, except when required by law or when we determine that a duplicate or erroneous charge occurred.
To request a refund, email info@yourcoveragecoach.com from the address associated with the purchase and include the purchase date and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Posting time is controlled by the payment processor and financial institution.
Billing questions and disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, contact us promptly so we can investigate. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
5. Educational purpose and no professional advice
The Services provide general education and professional-development information. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, employment, insurance-coverage, underwriting, carrier, or regulatory advice. YCC is not a licensing program or certification provider and does not guarantee income, sales, employment, business performance, regulatory compliance, or any other result.
Insurance rules, carrier requirements, market conditions, technology, and laws change. You are responsible for evaluating information, confirming current requirements with appropriate carriers, employers, regulators, or qualified advisers, and exercising your own professional judgment.
6. Acceptable use and community conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services unlawfully, fraudulently, or deceptively.
- Harass others or post discriminatory, threatening, or abusive content.
- Upload malware, interfere with security, scrape restricted content, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Share confidential, personal, or proprietary information without proper authorization.
- Copy, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit YCC materials except as expressly permitted in writing.
- Present YCC content as individualized professional advice or as your own proprietary material.
We may moderate or remove content and restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms, community standards, law, or the safety of members require it.
7. Intellectual property
The Services and YCC-created materials, including branding, text, graphics, frameworks, downloads, and training content, are owned by Corvale Ventures LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant paid members a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use membership materials for their own professional development.
You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content to community areas, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the Services. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it.
8. Third-party services
Parts of the Services rely on third parties, including hosting, payment, email, and community platforms. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
9. Service changes and availability
We may update, add, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain, secure, or improve the Services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. If we permanently discontinue a paid Service during an active prepaid period, we will provide an appropriate remedy as required by law.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time, subject to the cancellation rules above. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, fraud, nonpayment, security risks, unlawful conduct, or conduct that harms the Services or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corvale Ventures LLC and its owners, personnel, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the Services. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Applicable law may give you rights that cannot be limited.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally. This section does not prevent either party from seeking relief available under applicable law.
14. General terms
These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement concerning the Services. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer or reorganization.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The revised version will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. If a material change affects an active paid membership, we will provide reasonable notice when required.
